The Quick Drop system is used almost exclusively for the lubrication of chains and guides. By using an electromagnetic pump (with 1 to 6 fixed flow outlets, 30 or 60 mm3), fed by gravity, the lubricant is supplied to each line after a detector sends a signal. The pressure increase in the pipe opens the nozzle (with a non-return valve set at 1.5 bar), which projects the oil precisely and simultaneously.
